Is using different types of training such as resistance training, speed-agility and quickness, plyometric training, balance and core activation exercises programmed in a phased approach and tailored to anyone's goals and requirements in order to achieve optimal and sustainable results.
I do functional-training with a power-phase focus 2-3 times a week, still play amateur level football and tennis and once or twice a year, prepare and participate in an athletic competition, such as Mudmasters, Spartan Race, Dam-to-Dam (biking or running).
